FAQs
What happens if I miss the RSVP date?
We kindly ask you to RSVP no later than August 31, 2025. If you forgot to RSVP after the deadline, please contact us ASAP. However, we cannot guarantee your seat.
Is there a shuttle from the chapel to the reception?
Yes, the resort will provide shuttles from the chapel to the reception. The Misibis Bay convention hall is 5 mins away from the Stella Maris Chapel.
Is there parking available at the wedding venues?
Yes, there are plenty of parking spaces available at the chapel and reception.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Both the wedding ceremony and reception will be indoors. Expect average daytime temperatures around 80-86 F (26-30 C), with lower temperatures at night. While January is part of the dry season, short, light rain showers can still occur.
Wedding gifts
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift, but if you wish to give a gift, a small envelope for our future will be a delightful blessing.
Can I bring a guest?
We kindly request that you only bring a guest if you were specifically given a plus one on your invitation. Due to venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate additional guests. Thank you for understanding.
What is the nearest airport to the wedding venues?
The nearest airport is Bicol International Airport (DRP). If you will be staying at Misibis Bay Resort, the resort offers a complimentary shuttle from the airport to the resort and vice versa.
Can we take pictures and videos during the ceremony?
As we want the ceremony to be solemn, we ask for everyone to be fully present, which includes turning your phones on silent. Should you wish to take pictures during the wedding ceremony, please do so while keeping the aisles clear for the entourage. We’ve also hired a fantastic team of photographers and videographers to capture the moments.
What type of food will be served at the wedding reception?
Following the ceremony, please join us for a buffet dinner with a selection of delicious dishes for you to enjoy. Kindly inform us ASAP of any allergies or dietary needs.
Can we sit anywhere at the reception?
To make sure everyone is comfortably seated, assigned seating will be in place for the reception. A seating chart will be displayed near the entrance where guests can find their table assignment.
